My name is Ty Householder, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the new owner of The Hitting House! As a recent graduate and a proud product of the Ohio Valley, it’s an honor to give back to the community that helped shape me — both on and off the field.

This facility is more than just turf and nets to me. I spent countless hours inside these very cages, working relentlessly to sharpen my skills and chase my dreams. That commitment paid off. I was fortunate to break multiple school records, earn titles such as OVAC Player of the Year, District Player of the Year, and Co-Player of the Year for All-Ohio, and ultimately fulfill my dream of playing Division 1 baseball.

Now, it’s time to pay it forward.

My vision for The Hitting House is simple:

To provide the youth of the Ohio Valley with the same opportunities that helped shape my journey. This is a place where players and coaches at every level can come to develop their game, embrace hard work, and be part of a culture built on excellence, accountability, and growth.
